is it safe for someone to put a baby under a fluorescent light on the kitchen counter?
Is is harmful to put a 4 month old baby under a fluorescent light on the kitchen counter? I have heard that it can cause brain damage and a lot of other things. I can't believe a person would do this to a child, Is it a form of child abuse? We are assuming this person does this to give the baby a tan because they feel the baby is to light. GO figure. Is this CRAZY or what?
The only worry here would be the stupidity of the parents. Fluorescent lights do not cause a tan, and no one should be trying to give a baby a tan anyways. Babies shouldn't be set on counters! UGH!
