1. Should she have already at least started to turn while lying down, if not sit? I know all babies are different but by this age most of them would at least turn. Is that something I need to talk to my ped about? When and how should I try to get her to sit/ turn? She does try to sit up by herself and comes almost half way.

2. We usually move her around in the Chicco Liteway in a lying down position (the stroller can be reclined all the way flat). But since she loves her bouncer/rocker chair, I was wondering if I can use some incline on her stroller instead of carrying the travel system everywhere, like when going to mall etc... Would it be safe to move her that way?

P.S.: I'd like to add that she is a tall baby...(in the 90s percentile)
