As a kid did anyone ever have any favorite toy(s)?
As a kid I always loved stuffed animals and I had a ton of them. I collected all sorts mostly aiming for the cuddly and soft pets. I think I still have them packed away. I do remember one toy I had when I was in first grade and it was a cute gray and white doggie that I would carry around, until I sadly lost it on the bus or someone took it. How about you? Any stuffed animals, dolls, or action figures as a child?
I had a pink teddy bear with a soft, cute plastic face. My gram used to repaint the blue eyes and painted whiskers. It had a sewn in tag that said "Algie." I know my mom would wash it. I think she threw it away, or my big sister wrecked it.
My brother had a chimp that came in a cowboy suit. J Fred Mugs. He had furry arms and legs, a soft plastic face, and was cute even after his cowboy suit and hat wore out. We would play for HOURS with our animals.
