Does anyone else find the Baby Einstein videos to be mean?
I was watching one last night on Youtube.com so that I would know more about them and the one I was watching had this one hand puppet approach the "frog" that was sitting on a "lilly pad" on a big tub and the hand puppet dumped the frog off the tub and then laughed about it. This was 3.2 if you want to go watch it.
I just found this to be a really mean thing to do and certainly not something I want to encourage my baby to watch.
I couldn't watch more than a minute of one of them-they freak me out! You are onto something.
My husband and I could make those videos in our garage!
My son likes dvds with stories-like the Classic Winnie the Pooh-the original. I also ordered him a few classic Disney movies.
There is some research that Baby Einstein aren't good for children.
