Which theme would you do: Elmo or Cookie Monster?
My daughter is turning 2 in just over 2 weeks. She loves both Cookie Monster and Elmo, but I can't find anything Cookie Monster much less Cookie Monster AND Elmo.
What's a mom to do?

Or make your own decorations. Buy blue napkins and plates. Make a cookie monster cake (with one of those tins from the craft store) or make a big cookie cake with a bite out of it. Print out some cookie monster pictures. Make a pin the cookie on the monster game. Things along those lines.
