you have to actually give an effort to be happy.
the best thing to do is smile. and talk to people, compliment them
but unless you want to be happy you won't.
you know why people go through their day all mad? its because they either like being mad or they are to lazy to actually try and have a good day.
so just put some effort into it and SMILE and say HI! and you will be happy during your day.
