Will I be too short to play center in the NCAA and NBA?
I'm 6'10 feet tall. Is that too short? I'm not that fat, I'm a bit wider than Kevin Garnett as a comparison. Do you think I can play center? Because that's what I'm best as.
I have muscles and I'm a sophomore. My post skills are great and so is my rebounding, but my shot blocking on players my height is needing development.
What is your age? At 6' 10" you certainly have the height to play Center at any level. I am assuming that you are in High School and that you should begin hearing from college coaches soon if you haven't already. To be completely honest this makes me suspect that you are either lacking the skills to play college ball at any level
You don't have to play for North Carolina or a major D1 program to make it t the NBA.......as the saying goes, "you cant teach height"......work on your skillset and remember that at 6' 10" you will be wanting to hit the weight range of 210 (minimum) to 290 (maximum) with about 240-250 being ideal.
