wiggly me and my fitness ball. HELP!!!!!?
i bought a fitness ball because im starting to get bored with my matt and dumbells routine. it looks so easy in the commericials ive seen but when i started doing it, my serious work out turned into a giggly and wiggly one. i just cant keep steady sitting in this ball!! i cant even do a proper sit up in it. i know i have the right ball with the right angle thing when sitting up. so what can i do to keep myself steady while working out? ^_^
to begin with you should practise your exercises with either no weight or very light weights until you're used to it. and make sure your feet are around shoulder width apart to give you a good base. and also make sure you have it inflated fully. If they're under inflated they can be a little more squishy. and luke's right, you are hot!
